Weddings

The Grange Estate offers its scenic and historic site as a special location for your wedding. The enduring grandeur of the Mansion creates a classic backdrop for your affair.

Rentals at the Grange Estate are considered outdoor events. Our wide verandah and broad piazza and lawn areas provide a comfortable and picturesque setting for your guests. The caterer has full use of the kitchen facilities. With the exception of the bridal party or similar special attendees, access to the Mansion for guest is generally limited to use of the restrooms. All food and beverages are to be consumed outside.

Grange Rental Fees are for use of the site only. Provision for any necessary tables, chairs, linens, glass, and flatware, or tents must be made separately with your caterer or other independent contractors.

All wedding receptions are required to have a caterer and event planner. Friends of the Grange will provide you with a list of our preferred caterers and planners.

As a more intimate setting, the Grange has a limit of 130 guest maximum.

A Facility Rental Deposit and Security Deposit are due upon submission of the Rental Contract. The balance of all Facility Rental fees is due 60 days in advance of the event. For further information please call 610-446-4958 or email grangeest@verizon.net.
