MORNING SESSION – HALF DAY
9:00 – 12:00 pm
Ages 4-6
Do you want to be an archaeologist…a geologist…or how about a biologist? You can be all this and more in this fun-filled camp! Each day we’ll explore a new habitat as we dig for dinosaurs in the desert, make creatures of the rainforest, create an arctic home, erupt a volcano, and go spelunking in your own cave creation.  There’s so much to do in this exciting week of camp.

AFTERNOON SESSION – HALF DAY
12:30 pm – 3:30 PM
Ages 7-11
Is it science or magic? You’ll find out! In our half-day camp you’ll create erupting foam monsters, conduct amazing air pressure experiments, dig for hidden treasures, investigate the science of illusions and build spectroscopes to view the spectrum of different types of light. We’ll reveal many mysteries of science as we investigate creepy creatures, learn troll tricks, capture a rainbow in a bottle, make instant snow, mix up glowing slime and conduct lab tests on mystery substances.
Cost: $190 per applicant
Classes are taught by counselors from Science Explorers Camp
Courses are conducted at the
Barnett Environmental Center in the
Carriage House at the Grange Estate
