Christmas

Friends of the Grange are counting the days until the Holiday Season arrives. There is a different rhythm at the Historic Grange Estate during the holiday season. When you come to the Grange, you’ll leave the modern pace behind and experience memories of Christmas with a pronounced Victorian sensibility.

The Grange Mansion is decorated throughout with a themed tree in every room, dressed with nostalgic ornaments, copious greenery and a nod to the mid-century.

You will find trees by Chad and Francine Brooks with their extensive Santa Claus collection. Enjoy discovering many one-of-a-kind Santas, a number of which are animated. There is also a tree decorated with heritage ornaments made from Christmases at the Grange over the years. In all, there will be 13 decorated trees.

Our Gift Shoppe will be filled with unique hand-crafted items made locally. Shoppers will find many Christmas items, distinctive home decor, wearables, and some clever old-fashioned solutions to modern needs.
